HOW TO MAKE IT?
SIMPLE STEPS TO PREPARE YOUR OWN CACAO AT HOME
INGREDIENTS:
- 30g heART and Soul Cacao (Chopped or grated)
- 200ml plant based milk or filtered water
- 20g sweetener (honey, coconut sugar or maple syrup)
- Optional flavouring (Pinch of rock salt, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, dash of peppermint, lavender or orange essential oil)
METHOD:
- Chop or grate cacao into smaller pieces. This will help it melt faster, so you can enjoy sooner.
- Place cacao into saucepan and as you stir over heat, slowly pour in your preferred liquid base. While stirring into desired smooth consistency, (you may prefer it thick like gravy or more liquid like coffee) it is a good opportunity to be mindful and set loving intentions for your day. Perhaps repeat positive affirmations, sing or dance to your favourite song to enjoy the process.
- Once the cacao has melted, pour into your favourite cup and add the additional flavourings according to your taste.
